Hellow all

I am using c32b1 its works well for mm part,infact i need to do qm/mm simulation using charmm.

would anyone suggest me how to install qm part in c32b1 version.

This question would have been better posted on the QM/MM discussion forum.

I'd suggest looking at the various documentation for QM/MM such as doc/qmmm.doc. There are several packages that have been interfaced to CHARMM. Also, Lee Woodcock did a lecture about QM/MM in CHARMM about a week ago. You can get the notes from the post entitled "QM/MM Lecture Notes" in this forum.
