I found this error when I was trying to read in a psf file generated in the previous step. I attached all the files for the file generation to this post. I use Charmm28.
This error usually means you need to use a bigger CHARMM version, one compiled to handle more atoms. The atom limit is printed in the header of the output file. Your attachment cannot be read.
