CENT NRES
was added to dynamics in c29.
It appears to be broken to some extent. A user has sent an output that
shows atoms going out into space when a dynamics restart is performed
using CENT NRES
There is no test case for this feature as far as I can tell.
Has this feature been tested for restarts?
