I am trying to use the MMTSB webserver to prepare a GO model for a hexameric protein. When I try uploading the full structure the server does not result in any output (I believe there is a size limitation). When I tried using one chain at a time I find that the server output has changed the coordinates of the input file.
I would be glad if anyone suggests a solution or a tutorial to follow.
