CHARMM Development Project Forums CHARMM Interfaces MMTSB MMPB(GB)/SA binding energy: minCHARMM.pl problem

I installed MMTSB tool set and was following the tutorial for MMPB(GB)/SA binding energy calculations.

After I run minCHARMM.pl I don't get any output file. yapww.min.pdb is created but it is empty. I don't get any error messages either.

minCHARMM.pl -par dielec=rdie,epsilon=4,minsteps=50 \
-log min.log yapww.pdb > yapww.min.pdb

min.log just says

"Running command:
"
Any input would be greatly appreciated.
