For any VMD users out there, I've written a crude Tcl procedure to output CHARMM-ready coordinates from a structure (PSF and coordinates) loaded in VMD. I've found this most helpful when I'm working on projects involving any combination of NAMD, VMD, and CHARMM.

I've used it routinely in my research, but the script itself could probably use some work to further improve compatibility, speed, etc; so please post any suggestions you may have.
