OP rmv Forum Member Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 8,659 Likes: 26 39 59 56 N, 77 06 07 W	The legacy FILEINPUT keyword for pref.dat, which requires 'charmm.inp' for the input file, is added by install.com for the em64t machine type with MPI. It has been supplanted by the '-input' command line option, and should no longer be added by default. I've posted a fix here Rick Venable computational chemist
