HI everyone!
I am a beginner of CHARMM. I don't know how to make my RTF files yet.
Do I need to build each topology file for each amino acid by myself , or can I find them somewhere?
Similarly, should I build the parameter file by myself,or can I read it from anywhere, and who can I figure out which file is what I need.

Thanks in advance!

RTF and parameters for the standard amino acids, nucleotides and a handful of other commonly encountered small molecules (eg water) are provided with CHARMM in the toppar subdirectory. You may want to look at some examples before starting with your own project.
