parameters for a triazospiro group

I would like to know if anybody has parameters for a triazospiro group (as in spiperone) specifically for the carbon at the interface of the 6 membered ring with the 5 membered ring. thanks.

as i don't know what a triazospiro group is, i'm sure the corresponding
parameters don't exist. however, you may want to look at the nucleic
acid parameters for parameters dealing with the intersection of 5 and
6-membered rings.
