Dear users, I am trying to build ~400 lipid bilayer (mixture of DOPC, DSPC, cholesterol) and the transition from step 3 to step 4 is taking a while.
I would appreciate if somebody can check whether there is some general issue with CHARMM-GUI or something is wrong specifically with my build.

Thank you,
George

I don't think there is anything up in the CHARMM-GUI server. If you let me know your JOB number (or bookmark URL), I can take a look how things are going.

Thanks,
Sunhwan

So far 370 lipid is built out of 400. It tends to get slows down along the process since there are less empty space to fill in. I'll keep an eye on your job.

I didn't thought it is the server problem, but I ran your input in my laptop and found it only takes less than an hour while it took about 10 hours in the server.

I've found that the CHARMM binary in the server was actually running very slowly. I've replaced it with different one and it runs about 20x faster (?!!!). So, hopefully, it became faster now.
