In my case, I just waited.
After around 5 mins, compile was done with this message:

You're off-topic; the problem discussed in this 6-years-old thread was specific to c33 and older. Which was already superseded at the time the question was first asked, and now has largely sunk into irrelevance.

What is the question? It appears that the compile completed successfully.
