xuzp Forum Member Registered: 05/01/04 Posts: 14	Hi: I was using charmm-gui to generate input file through "Quick MD Simulator". After I loaded the PDB file and submitted the "Manipulate PDB" step, when I click on the "Next Step: Generate PDB" icon, nothing happens. Can anyone solve this? Thanks. Best, Zhiping
